Products & Custom Work

Many items are made to order and/or personalized. Because of this, small variations in color, material grain, and finish are normal and part of handmade work.

Personalization AccuracyPlease double-check names, dates, and spelling before submitting your order/request. I’m not responsible for errors that were submitted incorrectly.

Proofs & Approvals (when applicable)

If a proof/mockup is provided, production begins after approval. Changes after approval may require additional time and/or fees.

Digital Products

Digital items (downloads, files, design deliverables) are non-refundable once delivered. You are responsible for confirming compatibility with your software/printer.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• You may use purchased designs/files for your personal or business use related to your project.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim designs/files as your own.

• Trademarks/logos you provide remain yours; you confirm you have the right to use them.

Care & Use

Care guidance is provided on the Use + Care page. Normal wear, improper care, or misuse is not covered as a defect.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hive Unified Technologies LLC DBA Hive & Honey is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. If an issue occurs, my responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the item/service.
