Refund and Returns Policy

Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Because many items are made to order and/or personalized, custom and personalized items are final sale once production begins.

Standard (Non-Custom) Items
If you purchased a non-custom, non-personalized item and it’s unused/unworn, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery/pickup. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or there’s an error on my end, please contact me within 7 days with photos and your order number. I will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Digital Items
Digital products and delivered design files are non-refundable once delivered.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact me as soon as possible. If production has not started, I can usually cancel or adjust the order. Once production begins, cancellations may not be possible.

Rush deadlines: If you need an item by a specific date, please ask before ordering so I can confirm availability.
