Ordering
What is your processing time?
Most orders are ready within 3–7 business days. Custom or bulk orders may take longer. If you need an item by a specific date, contact me before ordering and I’ll confirm timing.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes! Local pickup/delivery is available in Cadiz, OH and surrounding areas. For church orders, I can arrange delivery at a service or agreed pickup time.
Do you ship?
Yes, USA shipping only at this time. We are looking to expand to international in the future.
Custom + Design Services
Do you take custom orders?
Yes. If you have an idea, theme, or inspiration, I’d love to help. Use the Design Services page or Contact form to get started.
What items can I get personalized?
Pretty much anything I make! Shoot me a message or text and we can discuss what you want to achieve.
How do I request a cusom design?
Send: what you want made, colors, size/quantity, and any reference photos. I’ll confirm pricing and timeline before starting.
Will I see a proof before you make it?
For most custom work, yes—I’ll provide a proof/mockup when applicable so you can approve before production.
Do you make custom logos?
Yes! I will work with you to create any marketing material you may need for your business. All items being used in your designs will be licensed for commercial use.
Products + Care
Are your wood items sealed?
Most wood items are unfinished natural wood unless otherwise noted. Grain/color varies and light scorch marks from laser cutting can be normal. You can paint, stain, or seal if you’d like.
How do I care for my item?
Care instructions are on the Use + Care page. If you’re unsure, contact me and I’ll tell you the best way to care for your specific item.
Returns + Issues
Do you accept returns or exhanges?
Because many items are made to order, custom items are final sale. If there’s a problem with your order (damage, defect, or I made a mistake), please message me within 7 days and I’ll make it right.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Let me know within 7 days and include a photo. I’ll repair, replace, or resolve it as quickly as possible.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online at checkout when available, or select local pickup options if offered. If you have a question about payment, contact me before ordering.
Do you require a deposit for custom work?
Yes, I do require payment up front unless we have made arrangements otherwise.
